This Privacy Policy explains how Settly Care Pty Ltd (ACN 696 048 638) ("we", "us", "our"), as operator of the Combatsense mobile application ("App"), collects, uses, discloses, and manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By accessing or using the App, you consent to the handling of your personal information as described in this Policy.

We may collect the following types of personal information:

• —Subscription and transaction records processed via Google Play.
• —Training data and performance metrics.
• —Device information, IP address, and usage analytics.
• —Video recordings and media files voluntarily uploaded by users for performance analysis.

We do not collect, store, or process credit card or payment details. All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.

Where you upload training videos or media content:

• —You acknowledge that such content may contain your image, likeness, voice, movement patterns, and other biometric indicators.
• —Uploaded videos are used solely for training analysis, performance feedback, and service improvement.
• —We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute your uploaded video content.
• —Access to uploaded videos is restricted to authorized systems and service providers necessary to deliver the functionality of the App.

By uploading video content, you grant Settly Care a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and analyze the content strictly for the purpose of providing Services.

You may request deletion of uploaded video content at any time, subject to reasonable processing time and technical limitations.

Personal information is collected for purposes including:

• —Providing access to and maintaining the App.
• —Delivering boxing training analysis and performance tracking.
• —Processing subscriptions.
• —Customer support.
• —Improving system functionality and user experience.
• —Complying with legal obligations.

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. Requests must be submitted in writing. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal exceptions.

Video uploads may be retained for performance tracking history unless deletion is requested.

If the App is used by individuals under 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian consent is required prior to account creation or video upload.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate authorization.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you may submit a written complaint to us. If unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
